A tier one global bank was seeking a global change delivery partner that could provide a flexible change management model to help them realize material cost savings, primarily through the creation of a sizeable offshore change delivery capability.  

A global insurance organization was looking to expand their transformation center in Malaysia and reached out to Capco to help 50+ employees adopt an Agile approach and support their transformation initiatives.

Capco used its unique Smartsourcing approach to outline a function-value-alignment resourcing model which improved fungibility of resources and optimized operations resulting in 15-30% monthly cost savings.

In a backdrop of cost reduction, ongoing remediation and a continued expectation of revenue growth, a tier one bank engaged Capco to identify customers that were no longer commercially viable for the business to help realize cost benefits through a reduced renewal book and remediation effort.

Multi-Line Insurer Revamps Quote and Proposal Process, Capco's client wanted to enable field quoting of cases (with controlled underwriting) and free up underwriting capacity for complex quotes.

Recently, Capco embarked on an 18-month partnership journey with the product delivery function of a tier one asset manager to help them achieve greater scalability and business agility.
