Employees can access a vast range of training through CAPsule, our online learning platform, anytime anywhere. Last year alone, our employees completed over 70,000 hours of training
2024 - 2025 Stats
Induction program
Our induction program ensures that all new joiners are equipped and ready to commence their journey at Capco. The program includes:
- Core Consulting training
- An overview of the Capco operating model and go-to-market offerings
- Introduction to key processes (e.g. performance enablement) and ways of working
- An overview of Capco values and culture
- Important health and safety information.
Compliance training is mandatory for all hires and is repeated annually, including Code of Conduct, Information Security, Data Protection, Respect at Work, and Diversity and Inclusion training.
Associate Training Program (ATP)
Capco’s Associate Training Program is designed to develop the next generation of consultants into trusted advisors and industry experts. The program is delivered via multiple channels such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual training, and self-paced learning. Beyond core consulting and technical skills, we focus on collaboration, networking, communication and interpersonal skills. Following completion of the formal ATP training, Associates embark on specific Domain and Capability training specific to their career path at Capco.

Capco offers a wide array of AI training to build knowledge and understanding of AI. Our goal is to develop high levels of AI fluency across the organization, enabling our people to work with clients and stakeholders to find practical AI-infused solutions to their challenges.
Capco AI training is built around three competency levels, which are made up of Capco-defined personas to ensure training is tailored to the person’s level of knowledge, experience and role.
Capco have proudly partnered with the Coursera AI Academy, giving each employee access to the platform to further enhance and strengthen AI knowledge and capabilities in the organization.
Milestone schools
Capco Milestone Schools give all newly promoted employees the opportunity to celebrate their success, network with colleagues, and build the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in their new role.
The Milestone Schools are highly experiential, providing opportunity for practical application, feedback and coaching, including tools and frameworks to embed in people’s everyday roles. The Milestone Schools also underscore the behaviors we want our people to demonstrate in order to deliver outstanding client service.
The objectives are:
- To enable participants to understand what’s expected at each career stage.
- To raise participants’ awareness of Capco’s business strategy, clients and commercial imperatives.
- To equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to be as impactful as possible in their role.
- To motivate employees to be fully connected with their role at Capco and generate a sense of belonging
Leadership development programs (LDPs)
Our LDPs are via invitation only, targeting emerging leaders and high potential employees. We partner with industry experts to co-design and jointly deliver content encompassing leadership skills, communication, emotional intelligence, coaching, influencing, and strategic thinking. The LDPs provide participants with opportunities to build their network locally and globally, building a support community as they further progress their career at Capco.
The objectives are:
- To develop leadership skills and confidence, enabling leaders to make a difference internally and externally
- To create a network of leaders, who can provide mutual support and benefit from meaningful shared experiences
- To prepare participants to take on bigger leadership roles by further developing their leadership capabilities and behaviors, and helping them maximize their leadership potential
- To enable participants to get involved in impactful strategic initiatives that strengthen Capco culture and extend their influence beyond current role
Sales academy
Capco Sales Academy is a comprehensive training program designed to provide our employees with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to originate and sell successfully. With 25+ courses designed and delivered by internal SMEs and Capco Leaders from across the globe, the Academy offers a great opportunity to network, transfer knowledge and build a community. The Academy includes training programs covering topics such as commercial awareness, business development, storytelling and building trusted relationships.
Other training programs
Each employee has access to the Udemy for Business library, providing self-paced training across a wide range of domain, capability and skill areas. In addition to this, Capco offers an extensive curriculum made up of blended learning delivery approaches to cater for the diverse learning needs of the workforce. Training pillars include Domain, Capability, Sales, AI, Management, Coaching, and Communications.
Employees also have the opportunity to attend external training, conferences, certifications with the support of their manager.
