Capco’s Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our minimum expectations of our third-party suppliers in relation to key environmental, social and governance considerations. Like Capco, we expect our suppliers to comply with relevant legislation in these areas and to adopt progressive policies in relation to clients, staff, suppliers, and the broader community they serve.

European countries impose limitations on the types of Issues that may be reported through an Ethics hotline or website. If you are reporting from one of those jurisdictions, you will notice that not all Issue types are available to you.
 
We have engaged Lighthouse Services, Inc. based in the USA to manage the hotline.
 
Calls to the Capco Speak Up! Hotline should be made in good faith only. The Company has a strict no retaliation policy. This means you will not be subject to discipline for reporting in good faith that you are concerned about unethical or illegal behavior. Employees should not use the hotline to report personal grievances.

France
Capco index H/F

« L’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes est un enjeu primordial pour Capco qui porte une attention particulière à ce que l’évolution des carrières, les salaires et les promotions soient équitables.

Depuis l’implémentation de l’Index Equité H/F en 2019, Capco a toujours eu des résultats honorables : 81/100 en 2022 et 89/100 en 2023.
En 2024, l’indice de Capco France a augmenté et se trouve aujourd’hui à 93/100. 

Le résultat des différents indicateurs est le suivant :

  • Ecart de rémunération : 38/40
  • Ecart de taux d’augmentation : 35/35
  • Pourcentage de salariées augmentées dans l’année suivant leur retour de congé maternité : 15/15
  • Répartition hommes/femmes des dix plus hautes rémunérations : 5/10 »
