Violations and Reporting Concerns
Capco has an independent reporting helpline, ‘Speak-Up', available to all our employees, customers, or vendors, to ensure your voice is heard. The ‘Speak-Up’ helpline is a safe vehicle for individuals to report potentially ‘difficult’ issues (such as racial discrimination, sexual harassment, fraud, or ethical and compliance issues) to an independent party, anonymously if needed, so that your concerns can be properly investigated and addressed.
The Speak Up helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week globally.
