Insurers, housing providers, and private individuals rely on large networks of third party service providers to resolve claims quickly and fairly. Managing those providers is often manual, fragmented and document heavy, with key information locked inside invoices and other artifacts. This slows the identification and vetting of providers, introduces inconsistency and strains operations as volumes scale.

Yarowa, a Swiss based insurtech, aggregates external providers across automotive, health, legal, and other domains on behalf of insurers and adjacent industries. To elevate customer experience and throughput, Yarowa sought a faster, more reliable way to triage documentation, select the right providers and progress claims – without sacrificing human oversight or control.

How Capco can help

Capco partnered with Yarowa to design and implement a single end to end agentic AI workflow, built on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and the latest Azure AI services. The solution combines a series of specialized agents with a central orchestrator to ingest provider documentation (such as invoices), extract key data, classify and verify it against business and compliance rules, and then route outcomes to the right next step.

A human in the loop checkpoint ensures that an operator can either greenlight the provider and associated claim request or flag the case for deeper scrutiny. Capco also delivered an orchestration service to execute and monitor these workflows across the claims journey.

Leveraging proven accelerators from Capco’s AI Lab and a modular, component based approach, the team collaborated closely with Yarowa in a co development model. This enabled rapid tailoring to Yarowa’s requirements and the delivery of production ready agent solutions within weeks, while keeping commercial parameters competitive.
