Toronto, May 17, 2018 – Capco, a leading management and technology consultancy focused on the financial services industry, has announced the hiring of Doug Carsley as a Partner in the firm’s Toronto office. He will be working with Capco’s banking and insurance clients in the region.
Mr. Carsley brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services and consulting, on both the institutional and vendor sides of the industry. He has led the delivery of a number of large scale projects focused on improving the customer experience from inception to implementation.

Before joining Capco, Mr. Carsley ran the Canadian operations for Genpact, a leading professional services firm. Prior to Genpact, Mr. Carsley held leadership positions at CGI, Canada’s largest technology company, and CIBC, one of the top five banks in Canada.
