Capco appoints Darren Pigg as a Partner and APAC Insurance Lead
Hong Kong, August 1, 2023 – Capco, the global technology and management consultancy, has appointed Darren Pigg as a Partner and APAC Insurance Lead. Darren will focus on further building Capco’s growing regional insurance practice, in particular around digital transformation and innovation across the insurance value chain.
Darren joins Capco from Sun Life Asia where he was the Chief Transformation Officer, based in Hong Kong. With over 20 years of consulting and advisory experience, his areas of expertise include innovation, digital transformation, customer and distribution strategy, data analytics and large programme implementation.

Prior to Sun Life, Darren built and led the Customer, Digital and Analytics practice for Insurance as a Partner for KPMG Hong Kong/China. Before KPMG, Darren spent over a decade with PwC, mainly based out of London with his final year spent in Singapore as the SEA Insurance consulting lead. Darren started his career as an Economic Advisor to the UK Government, having graduated with an MSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
