Local Impactful Activities

Germany – Strengthening Community Support Through a Silent Auction

As part of Capco Germany’s year-end celebration in Frankfurt, our local team organized a Silent Auction to raise funds for social initiatives focused on youth unemployment and support for migrant women. More than 20 employees contributed unique experiences such as hiking and biking tours, baking workshops, cultural activities, and wine tastings — all offered to colleagues as auction items.

The initiative resulted in over 160 successful bids and raised a significant amount in donations, which were distributed to two local organizations working to improve access to education, employment, and social inclusion.
Germany - Partnering with “Joblinge”

Joblinge is activating young people for training occupations, placing them in training and supporting them until they successfully complete their training. To do this, Joblinge combines the commitment of business, the state and private individuals. Capco is supporting Joblinge by providing a small team of mentors. They meet regularly with their mentees to discuss issues and to encourage them on their way forward. (s. Photos Matching 1 and Menteetraining)
