OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

Our company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, respect, and integrity is the foundation on which our business and our professional lives are built. We believe that having and sharing diverse perspectives is the glue that binds us together. Diversity and inclusion power the innovation and creativity that enables us to deliver world-class solutions to our clients. Our Be Yourself at Work culture, which values individual perspectives and contributions, is key to our past and future success.

Below are some of the diversity and inclusion initiatives that we support and offer to our employees.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING, RECRUITMENT AND PROGRESSION


Research supports our own experience that diverse teams lead to better overall company performance, enabling us to better meet the needs of our clients. Capco believes that diversity and inclusion is a critical factor in our success, and that diverse teams can help us continue to drive innovation and strong performance.

Diversity and Inclusion Training

As part of our commitment to having an inclusive workforce, where everyone feels that they belong and can add value, Capco is instituting mandatory anti-discrimination, unconscious bias and microaggression training for all staff, alongside extended programs for all our senior leaders.

Diversity and Inclusion Targets and a Dedicated D&I Function

Capco has established aspirational hiring and progression targets for our employees to further advance gender parity at the firm. We aspire to achieve the following:

 At least one in three of all Capco leaders will be female by 2025 40% of the Capco workforce will be female by 2025 50% of Capco associates will be female by 2025 

We will set targets for Black employees in the UK and US later this year and are evaluating expanding the diversity hiring target program to other diverse employees.

Capco will also appoint our first firm-wide Diversity and Inclusion Leader to provide best practice guidance and leadership of our overall diversity and inclusion efforts. We will also put in place additional local and global goals, measures, and funding to better support our D&I agenda.

We are also aligning the objectives, guidelines, and operations of our recruiting capabilities to align with these more inclusive diversity targets.
