DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION TRAINING

As part of our commitment to having an inclusive workforce, where everyone feels that they belong and can add value, Capco has instituted mandatory anti-discrimination, unconscious bias and microaggression training for all staff, alongside extended programs for all our senior leaders.

 

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION TARGETS AND A DEDICATED DE&I FUNCTION

Capco has established aspirational hiring and progression targets for our employees to further advance gender parity at the firm. We aspire to achieve the following:

DEDICATED DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION FUNCTION


Capco has appointed our first firm-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Leader, and has established a dedicated DE&I function that will play an integral role in providing best practice guidance and leader to manager and support our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts. 


Talent Management:

We are strengthening our recruitment processes and expanding our diversity hiring target program at all levels.  We are implementing measures such as:

  • Diverse interview panels representing the broader diversity of Capco
  • Increased presence on diverse campuses
  • Sponsoring experienced hire events at conferences including AfroTech Conference, the National Black MBA Conference, and the Ascend National Convention

As 2021 progresses, we are continuing to align the objectives, guidelines, and operations of our recruiting capabilities to integrate these more inclusive diversity targets.
