This year’s theme, Pride in Motion, is a powerful reminder of the progress we’ve made, the visibility we continue to build, and the journey still ahead toward true inclusion. It’s also a moment to honour the personal stories and incredible contributions of our LGBTQ+ colleagues, clients, and communities around the world.
Pride in Motion is more than a theme—it’s a call to action. It’s about continuing to create a workplace where everyone feels seen, respected, and empowered to Be Yourself at Work (#BYAW). That commitment to belonging is what drives our culture and makes Capco unique.
