Benoit Barbereau

Benoit Barbereau is Edmond de Rothschild Group Chief Operating Officer since 2020.  He’s currently responsible for the IT, Operations, and project management functions for the group active in both Wealth and Asset Management, with teams based in Geneva, Paris, Luxembourg, and Monaco. Previously, he served as COO Wealth Management at UBP in Geneva for 8 years from 2011 to 2019, after holding the position of COO for BNP Paribas’s international private banking entity in Monaco from 2004 to 2011. Aged 52, married with 2 grown-up children, holder of dual French and Swiss nationality, Benoit graduated from ESSEC in France after completing an engineering MSc degree at ENSEEIHT in Toulouse.

Aniello Bove

Aniello is a Partner at Capco Zurich and leads Capco’s Digital, Technology & Engineering Capability in Continental Europe. He is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Aniello began his career at UBS, where he spent 11 years developing and delivering banking applications in Switzerland and extending those solutions across Europe, APAC, and the US. During that time, he was also a member of the IBM Advisory Board and held a Managing Director position.

Aniello is a digital and technology leader who places great emphasis on digital customer experience, modernization and automation of front-to-back processes, and leveraging emerging technologies in business environments. He continues to serve as a senior stakeholder manager, innovative leader, and trusted delivery partner.
