On August 26, Jonny Mowlem, Olga Karantanou and Sarah O’Callaghan from Capco’s Digital Practice delivered the Future of Business Analysis webinar as part of an IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysts) series of events.
The presentation delved into the role of the business analyst in the transformation space, and the changing demands of the techno-functional role across financial services, driven by macro trends like technology and digital transformation and big data.
The session focussed in particular on the role of the ‘Modern Business’ analyst in an organisation, where there is an expectation that the individual has not only the fundamental business analyst skills, but also an aptitude for working with data and technology, and agile ways of working.
