Over the past 18 months, UK Finance and Capco have twice surveyed UK Finance’s members to identify the key ways that those members’ compliance efforts and overall resilience have been impacted  the PRA’s March 2021 Third Party and Outsourcing (SS2/21) Supervisory Statement.
 
The surveys also looked to better understand the maturity of members at the start of their SS2/21 compliance journeys, and also provide an overview of their progress towards compliance maturity and readiness. This paper examines those issues in more detail and provides a summary position of UK Finance members at that time.
