Recruitment process

How do I apply for a job?
You can apply through the company’s careers page, job boards, or employee referrals. Make sure your resume is updated and tailored to the job description and submitted via our online automated tracking system.
What documents are required when applying?
To apply for a role we only request you to submit your most recent resume. You are also required to answer some initial questions upon application.
Can I apply for multiple positions at once?
Yes, you may apply for multiple positions at once but ensure that your qualifications are relevant to each role. Our recruiters are trained to consider applications across all open positions. There is also a maximum of applications you may make throughout a period of time.
What is the recruitment process like?
While it varies per region, a typical recruitment process includes:

Application screening by our internal recruiter, a HR/Recruiter interview, several rounds of technical/functional interviews and a final interview with our leadership team. In some situations, you may be asked to do an assessment or case study as part of the process.
How long does the hiring process take?
Our teams are aiming to complete any interviewing process between 2–6 weeks. The length of the process may be dependent on role seniority, number of interviews, and internal approvals. For consulting roles we also need to ensure we have client opportunities available at the time of hire.
Who will I be interviewed by?
Your HR or recruiter, the hiring manager and team members of the business and senior management. All of our teams have had interviewing skills training and are selected to be a part of your application journey.
What types of interview questions can I expect?
Depending on the type of interview you’re having our interview typically consists of following rounds: behavioral, technical, situational and role-specific skills based case studies or assessments.
