What to expect from our recruitment process
We understand that applying for a new role can feel like a big step. That’s why we keep things simple, supportive, and transparent every step of the way.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Say hello – If you apply for a role our Talent Acquisition team will review your experience and set up a call if there’s a good match. But you will hear form us either way.
Step 2: Let’s chat – You'll have an informal call with one of our recruiters. It’s a chance for us to learn more about you — and for you to ask about Capco, the role, and the team.
Step 3: Meet the team – If we move forward, you’ll meet some of our team members for interviews. These are conversational, not confrontational — we want to hear how you think, not just quiz you.
Step 4: Decisions and offers – We’ll give you feedback and, if it’s a match, make you an offer to join us!
We keep you in the loop throughout — no ghosting, no long silences, and we’re always happy to answer questions along the way.
