Her path, her words
What three words would colleagues use to describe you?
If I could choose, I’d hope one of those words is humane. Before being a leader, a manager, or a coach, I want to be seen as someone who listens, cares, supports and develops individuals.
At Capco, I’ve always believed our culture thrives when we lead with empathy and create space for every voice – especially for women navigating complex and intersecting identities in the workplace.
Which of your traits are you most proud of?
Confidence. For me, it’s less about having all the answers and more about backing myself, even when the path ahead isn’t clear. Confidence gives me the courage to take risks, the resilience to learn from failure, and the conviction to stand up for what I believe in. It helps me move forward with purpose, without fear, and without hesitation.
What is the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
“It’s a marathon, not a race.”
In a world hooked on instant gratification, this reminder has stayed with me. Real success isn’t about getting there fastest, it’s about growing steadily, building resilience, and embracing the lessons along the way.
It’s the kind of wisdom I pass on to my children: walk before you run, take time to reflect, make mistakes and try again. I want them to know that knowledge is power, that power builds confidence, and that confidence gives you the courage to believe in yourself.
In moments of self-doubt or adversity, how do you build yourself back up?
I pause. I breathe. I reflect on everything I’ve already overcome.
I remind myself of all the moments when doubt crept in and how I moved through them with resilience. By sharing these moments, I hope to show others – especially women – that strength isn’t the absence of struggle, but the decision to keep rising.
What does success mean to you?
Success isn’t a title, a paycheck, or a destination… it’s alignment. It’s about living a life that feels whole and fulfilling, both personally and professionally.
At Capco, I’ve been fortunate to grow in ways that allow me to lead as my full self. As a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a leader. Empowerment starts with that kind of wholeness, and I want every woman here to feel that her identity is an asset, not a limitation.
How do you celebrate your achievements?
We’re often told that “time is precious, so spend it wisely,” so when I can, I do.
Celebrating doesn’t mean anything big or flashy. It means giving myself the gift of time, which feels rare as a mom of two young kids.
Turn on the out-of-office, head out for a walk or hike, get a coffee, open a book and let myself get lost in it. And if I can, I’ll catch up with a friend. No agenda. Just proper conversation.
Simple, fulfilling, and completely on my terms.
What’s your favorite thing to come home to after a long day?
My children, without a doubt. Their innocence, their energy, their sheer joy. There’s nothing quite like being welcomed by their unfiltered excitement; it’s the purest antidote to a long day.
(That said, a hot shower is a very close second. It’s the ultimate reset, washing away the stress, grounding my energy, and helping me step into the evening with a fresh state of mind.)
