Her path, her words

1. What three words would colleagues use to describe you?

Pragmatic, optimistic, self-driven. These qualities keep me grounded and forward-looking, traits that I believe align with Capco’s entrepreneurial culture and commitment to empowering people to thrive.

2. Which of your traits are you most proud of?

My willpower. I have a strong inner drive to keep going no matter how tough things get. When I set a goal, I give it my all, and if I fall short, I see it as growth, not failure. That resilience is something I try to model in my career, especially as a woman in consulting, where persistence and self-belief can make all the difference.

3. What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career so far?

That things rarely go exactly as planned, and that’s okay. Flexibility, patience, and humor will get you further than perfectionism. But the biggest lesson has been the power of empathy. Everyone carries their own challenges, and taking the time to listen and support others creates stronger teams and healthier workplaces. At Capco, empathy is a leadership trait I see reflected in many of our women leaders, and it’s one I aim to practice daily.

4. Who is someone, past or present, that you admire or look up to?

I deeply admire my grandmother, who grew up in Tunisia in the 1940s with little to no access to education – especially for women at the time. She never had the chance to go to school as a child, but after Tunisia’s independence and the reforms that promoted women’s education, she made the brave decision to learn to read and write as an adult. From there, she built her own business, gained national recognition, and became a respected voice in her community.

What inspires me most is her courage to rewrite her own story despite the barriers she faced. She was endlessly curious, loved learning, and embraced new cultures and perspectives. Most importantly, she championed women’s rights and worked to create opportunities for other women around her.

Her resilience and commitment to empowerment remind me of the importance of lifting others as we climb – a value I see reflected at Capco, where we celebrate diverse journeys and work to create opportunities for women at every stage of their careers. Her legacy continues to shape how I lead, learn, and support others today.

5. How do you celebrate your achievements?

I celebrate by pausing to genuinely acknowledge the achievement – whether big or small. Sometimes that means treating myself to a slice of cake or a glass of wine, but most importantly, it’s about sharing the moment with my family and those who supported me.

6. What’s your favorite thing to come home to after a long day?

My family, especially my two-year-old son. His joy and energy instantly lift my mood and remind me why balance matters. It’s the same lesson I bring to work at Capco –success is about creating an environment where people can thrive not only professionally but also personally.
