RIDDHI SEN AND RADHIKA PATEL HONOURED AS WOMEN LEADERS IN TECHNOLOGY BY CONSULTING MAGAZINE


Capco’s Riddhi Sen and Radhika Patel have both been named in Consulting magazine’s Women Leaders in Technology 2021 honoree list in the Excellence in Innovation category.

Recognizing excellence across three categories—Innovation, Leadership and Client Service – the Consulting magazine list spotlights the vital contributions that female leaders in consulting and technology make to their firms’ and their clients’ success through their diversity of thought and style.

Riddhi is a Principal Consultant and leads Capco’s UK Data Science capability, overseeing significant growth in new clients and revenues across the team’s data analytics portfolio during 2020. An exceptional leader of people, Riddhi is focused on developing talent through mentorship and caring for the wellbeing of the team. 

Over the past year, Riddhi has identified and executed a number of novel initiatives, including a machine learning driven client profitability predictor, analytics driven automation for on/offboarding, a cutting-edge machine learning based bond settlement fails predictor, and a perpetual Know Your Customer solution which reimagines how banks perform KYC activities. 

Radhika is a Senior Consultant making a significant impact as a Product Manager for Capco’s UK Innovation Lab, whose launch she oversaw. A recognized mentor within Capco, Radhika fosters a culture of innovation and diversity with a positive can-do attitude, and her leadership skills has seen her voted by her peers as one of Capco’s top UK leaders.

Radhika’s innovation projects have included a ground-breaking reimagining of the KYC process utilising graph technology and building a sophisticated email analytics proof of concept using machine learning. She has utilised Design Thinking approaches to help our clients bring to life new, visionary products in the life insurance and savings markets, based on detailed research and empathic understanding of the customer.
