LONDON, October 16, 2023 – Capco, the global technology and management consultancy, has appointed Jamilia Parry as a new Partner and UK Head of Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation & Finance, based in London. Jamilia will partner with Capco’s financial services clients to support the delivery of their regulatory change agendas and the transformation of regulatory processes to help improve their anti-financial crime, risk management and finance controls.
A senior leader with 17 years of experience in the global financial services industry, and a track record of working with UK, EMEA, and US regulators, Jamilia will partner with clients to help them derive value from new digital technologies to help reduce the cost of compliance, solve complex risk challenges and achieve superior compliance and risk management outcomes.

Jamilia joins Capco from PA Consulting Group, where she was a Partner and Global Head of Innovation and Digital Solutions. Prior to that, she was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where she set up the firm’s EMEA Digital Risk & Compliance practice. Other senior roles include Head of Compliance at Nationwide Building Society and Head of Change and Operational Risk at Deutsche Bank.
