Her Path, Her Words
What three words would colleagues use to describe you?
Dedicated, supportive, detail-oriented.
Dedication means showing up fully, no matter the challenge. Being supportive is about lifting others up, sharing what I’ve learned, and celebrating their wins. And detail-oriented is about making sure every piece fits into the bigger picture.
I try to bring these qualities to my work at Capco every day, and I hope they help those around me grow and succeed.
Which of your traits are you most proud of?
Resilience. Challenges have tested me personally and professionally, but each one has taught me to adapt, grow, and come back stronger. Resilience keeps me focused, positive, and moving forward – even in the toughest moments.
How do you support and empower colleagues?
I believe everyone brings unique strengths, and my role is to help them shine. Whether it’s through mentorship, collaboration, or simply listening, I aim to create a safe, encouraging space where colleagues – especially women – feel confident to share ideas, take risks, and grow.
At Capco, I’ve seen how a culture of support leads to stronger teams, better results, and more fulfilling careers, and I’m proud to be part of building that.
How do you celebrate your achievements?
Every milestone at Capco has come with its own challenges, lessons, and moments of collaboration. I always take time to reflect on the people who helped make it possible – whether that’s my team, mentors, or family.
Celebration is simple but meaningful: sometimes it’s a coffee in quiet reflection, other times a well-deserved dessert, or a family getaway. These moments remind me to pause, appreciate progress, and maintain balance between work and life.
What’s your favorite thing to come home to after a long day at work?
No matter how demanding my day is, the best part is coming home to my two wonderful children. Their hugs, stories, love, and laughter instantly shift my perspective and remind me of what truly matters.
They inspire me to lead with purpose: balancing ambition with family and showing that women can achieve success while nurturing the people and values that matter most.
What’s the first thing you do every morning to start your day off on the right foot?
My morning starts with a simple but essential ritual: coffee. That first cup brings a moment of calm before the day gets busy, while I review my to-do list to set clear priorities. This small habit keeps me focused, organized, and proactive — setting the tone for a productive, well-balanced day.
