This US CSR initiative with Best Buddies supports the building of confidence and networks with youth partners in communities across the United States.
Toys for Joy

In July, a team of six consultants from the Malaysia CSR team organized a charity initiative known as Toys for Joy. The aim was to bring together Capco Malaysia and individual clients to donate new and used toys to underprivileged children, while helping to address the massive challenge of plastic pollution.
Capco joins volunteers-led educational program at local Singapore primary school

Through a two-day volunteering program at a local primary school, Capco consultants have educated over 100 students about financial literacy including the role of money, banks and businesses. The program, called ‘More Than Money’, was organized by Junior Achievement (JA) Singapore, whose volunteer-run programs help schools to prepare students for the real world.

YEAR UP

Since 2021, Capco has hired 6 talented Year Up interns as Associates. In addition, Capco fosters career readiness volunteering opportunities for all employees.

BLACK GIRL VENTURES

Capco facilitated workshops to accelerate BGV founders and hosted a panel to mobilize employees to take action for equity in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF AMERICA

Capco has over 20 Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors across the US and hosts regional events to foster connections between mentors and youth partners.

BEST BUDDIES

Capco hosts career development and wellness workshops for Best Buddies participants and educational events on workplace inclusivity.
