Owen Jelf is a Partner in the U.K., based in Capco’s London office. Owen leads the firm’s Capital Markets practice globally and is also responsible for the HSBC account globally.
Owen is a senior industry practitioner with over 30 years of experience in leading and managing transformation and outsourcing in the financial services industry, including cost reduction programs, mergers and acquisitions, organizational re-engineering and restructuring, and technology-led change and outsourcing, including in the digital space.
Owen has deep expertise across a broad range of front, middle office and post-trade functions in capital markets environments and in technology architectures and processing. His areas of focus include strategy and planning, business analysis, project and program management, change governance, quality assurance, and vendor selection management and implementation.
Prior to joining Capco, Owen was at Accenture, where he served as the CEO of the U.K. practice in their Post-Trade Processing business. He also held other senior leadership positions at Accenture, including Head of Accenture Trading Services, and the U.K. Capital Markets lead.
Owen has a degree in Chemistry from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford.
