Emma Seaborne is the General Counsel at Capco, based in Capco’s London office.
Emma has over 20 years of experience working in corporate and commercial legal functions. As Capco’s General Counsel, she leads the firm’s Global Legal Team, responsible for reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and advising on all legal issues and commercial risks.
Prior to joining Capco, Emma was VP, Legal Counsel at Barclays Bank, where she guided stakeholders through complex contract negotiations and provided legal and policy counselling on a variety of strategic projects and propositions.
Emma started her career at Clifford Chance LLP, where she trained and qualified, supporting with mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings and legal entity governance.
Emma holds a BA Honors Law Degree from Oxford Brookes University.
