Bodo Schaefer is a Partner in AGS, based in Capco’s Frankfurt office. Bodo leads Capco’s businesses in Austria, Germany, and Slovakia.
Bodo has more than 22 years of experience in financial services consulting, spanning strategy, business advisory, large-scale systems integration, and technology transformation delivery. In his role at Capco he has successfully developed a market relevant, technology-focused practice with a strong reputation for delivery excellence following the delivery of many process and efficiency optimization engagements, and several multi-year and multi-location core platform modernization initiatives for leading European and global financial institutions. Bodo’s passion for financial services is also evidenced through his regular contributions to industry leading publications, and Capco’s internal thought leadership.
Prior to joining Capco, Bodo was a Partner at Accenture, where he led large scale client account relationships and delivery engagements, spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Bodo holds a Master of Business Administration from FOM University for Applied Sciences and Economic Management.
