Anne-Marie Rowland is a Partner in the U.K., based in Capco’s London office. Anne-Marie leads the firm’s Consulting practice globally.
Anne-Marie (Annie) Rowland is Capco’s Managing Partner for UK & Ireland and a member of Capco’s Global Leadership Team. Annie will become Capco’s CEO, effective April 1, 2024.
Annie has 20 years of consulting and technology experience in the global financial services industry and has partnered with some of the world’s premier financial institutions in the areas of business change management, innovation, and end-to-end transformation.
Annie began her career in financial services as a capital markets consultant at Accenture, where she worked with clients in Ireland, the UK, USA, and Asia. She joined Capco in 2010 and rose rapidly to become a Partner in 2015.
Annie has played a key role in the growth of Capco’s business over the last 14 years, through a series of executive roles on Capco’s Global Leadership Team. Annie has served as Global Head of Capco’s Consulting and Transformation practice, the firm’s largest capability practice, and as Global Client Partner for a number of large financial institutions. Currently, Annie is the Managing Partner for Capco’s business in the UK and Ireland and is executive sponsor for the design and implementation of Capco’s strategic growth initiatives. During her tenure at Capco, Annie has led and secured many of Capco’s largest and most complex transactions and deliveries and was awarded the Global Women Leaders in Consulting Award by Consulting Magazine in 2021.
A champion of inclusivity and opportunity in the workplace, Annie has served as Executive Sponsor of Women@Capco, a key Capco affinity group. She has also led a range of mentorship and talent development initiatives and is deeply invested in attracting and developing Capco’s employee talent.
Annie holds a BSc degree from Dublin City University, and a Master’s in International Business from the Smurfit Business School at University College Dublin.
