Lynn Hughes is a Partner in the U.K., based in Capco’s London and São Paulo offices. Lynn leads Capco’s businesses in Brazil and India, and is responsible for Global Delivery and Business Operations at Capco.
Lynn has 30 years of consulting and delivery experience, working with large clients and teams across the world including in the U.S., Europe, India, the Philippines, and Latin America. Most recently he led the Capco team that supported the successful launch of a new digital bank in Brazil. He has delivered on large-scale, complex programs, as well as consulting projects that have led to major transformation. In his role as head of Business Operations, Lynn provides executive oversight of Capco’s Risk and IT Functions, as well as enterprise transactions.
Prior to joining Capco, Lynn was at Accenture for 24 years, where he was a Partner. He worked as an architect for large-scale global transactions, and as transformation lead for major client engagements. He also held leadership positions across Accenture’s delivery centers in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
Lynn has a BSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
