Mike Pugliese is a Partner in the U.S., based in Capco’s Chicago office. Mike leads Capco’s U.S. business.
Mike has over 30 years of professional and consulting experience, with deep domain expertise in retail and commercial banking. Leveraging this experience, Mike has been instrumental in his role in the U.S. in building extremely strong client relationships in both the Metro, regional and super regional banking markets, where Capco has built a distinctive reputation for the delivery of flagship consulting and digital transformation programs.
Prior to joining Capco, Mike was a Senior VP at BearingPoint and led the firm’s Finance practice, and prior to that, Mike worked as a Senior Manager at KPMG. Mike started his career in Citibank’s U.S./Europe Consumer Bank.
Mike has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
