Website 

Users: The number of people who interact with the website. Each user can visit the site multiple times.

Unique Pageviews:  The number of unduplicated people visiting the Capco site in a month.

Careers: Unique Pageviews: The number of visits on the Capco Careers page. 

Average Time on Page: A web analytics metric that measures the average amount of time spent on a single page by all users of a website. 

PDF Downloads: The total number of PDFs / whitepapers downloaded on the Capco site. 

Bounce Rate: The percentage of visitors who leave a website after viewing only one page.

Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who complete a desired action (e.g. downloading a file, filling out a form) on a website.

 

Social Media

Posts: Total number of social media posts shared across the Capco corporate channels and by our Capco Oktopost advocates. 

Impressions: The total number of times our social media posts were displayed on a social network. NOT a measure of how many people have seen the post. 

Engagements: The total number of interactions with our brand on social media, in the form of likes, comments, and shares. 

Engagement Rate: A metric that shows the percentage of people who are exposed to our content and chose to interact with it. 

Click-Through Rate: The percentage of people who saw our content and decided to click through to read more, or take an action. 

Reach: The potential number of people that were exposed to a shared post.

Likes: The number of likes and other reactions on shared posts.



 

SEARCH Engine Optimization (SEO)

 

Keywords: Words or phrases that a user might enter into a search engine when looking for information.

Meta Tags: HTML tags that provide metadata about a webpage, including a description and keywords.
 
Meta Description: A short summary of a webpage that is displayed in search engine results. The meta description should accurately describe the content of the webpage and include relevant keywords. The meta description is one of a web page's meta tags.

Alt Text: Text associated with an image that is displayed when the image cannot be displayed. Alt text is used to describe the content of the image for search engines and screen readers.

Domain Authority: A score, on a scale of 0-100, that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines.
Domain authority is based on various factors, including the quality and quantity of backlinks to the website.
