ROOM TO READ SUCCESSES
Covid-19 impact:
Just as Capco had to adjust to serving its clients from home, Room to Read had to quickly pivot to distance learning in response to the pandemic. With some creativity, they were able to maintain a strong impact on the students they support:

Uploaded new content to their Literacy Cloud digital library, including 523 children’s book titles in 12 languages
Delivered 34,241 remote mentoring sessions to 23,759 Girls’ Education Program Participants.
Created global marketing materials, including videos, brochures, event invitations, and other content, to help Room to Read promote its services to donors, volunteers and people in the communities in which it operates.
Capco’s largest partner for Impact Consulting projects is the Grameen Foundation’s Bankers without Borders, an industry leader in using skilled volunteers to accelerate the scale, sustainability, and impact of microfinance and poverty-focused organizations around the world.
From the start of our partnership in 2014, we have run multiple projects every year, engaging Capco communities across Europe, APAC and the Americas, on everything from product launches, to impact reporting, to developing business models and e-commerce strategies.
