Claudia Iezzi is the Managing Partner for Germany, Austria, and Slovakia at Capco, bringing over 12 years of experience in strategic leadership, HR transformation, and business development. She previously served as HR Lead for Continental Europe and Austria, Germany and Slovakia, where she drove major initiatives such as the setup of new legal entities, HR support for M&A activities, and the transformation of HR operations. Claudia has also held global roles, including Chief of Staff to the Global CHRO, and led Capco’s Change Management Practice, overseeing international programs in performance management, employer branding, and organizational transformation.

Before joining Capco, she worked at Accenture for over seven years, leading large-scale transformation and integration projects across the banking and insurance sectors. Claudia combines deep industry knowledge with strong leadership and change management expertise, making her a key driver of strategic growth across the region.

Christian Dierssen is a seasoned Banking and Technology Manager with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and technology industry. He began his career as an equity trader at a global Tier 1 bank, later joining one of Europe’s largest market-making desks. As an early team member and Sales & Business Development Lead at Scalable Capital in 2016/2017, Christian was a pioneer in driving the digitalization of financial services—helping to build Europe’s leading neo-broker and robo-advisor.

Today, Christian is a Partner at Capco, where he leads the Capital Markets domain for Continental Europe. In this role, he supports global financial institutions in transforming and modernizing their front-to-back IT landscapes, with a sharp focus on efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Digitalization in financial services remains his top priority—not only through his client work at Capco but also as an active angel investor supporting fintechs across Europe. A recognized voice in the industry, Christian regularly speaks at events including the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the Investment Fair. 

Dr. Peter Damisch is a Partner at Capco Zurich and heads our wealth and asset management business in Continental Europe. He is an experienced leader in the financial services industry looking back to a career of more than 25 years. He combines a comprehensive consulting background from almost 16 years at a leading strategy consulting firm where he advised banking clients across Europe, Middle East, and Asia and also served as global leader for wealth management, with a long career in senior leadership and executive roles at HSBC and State Street.

Peter is a senior practitioner and advisor with in-depth knowledge and experience along the entire financial services value chain from strategy to technology. He has shaped and led comprehensive growth, transformation, integration, remediation and digitalization programs. Beyond wealth and asset management his experience also includes retail and corporate banking, asset servicing as well as capital markets infrastructure.
