THE VETERANS AT CAPCO U.S. AFFINITY GROUP SUPPORTS VETERANS AND SERVES AS A RESOURCE FOR SERVICE WOMEN AND MEN FROM ALL BRANCHES OF THE U.S. MILITARY WHO HAVE JOINED THE DYNAMIC WORLD OF FINANCIAL SERVICES AND CONSULTING.

PURPOSE

Capco supports and empowers our veteran colleagues and creates a workplace culture that values diversity, equity and inclusion and encourages the unique perspectives and skills veterans bring.

 

Our group provides opportunities for members to connect with each other and build relationships.  We advocate for policies that promote a military-friendly workplace, including leave policies which support the needs of National Guard and Reserve employees, and hiring policies that prioritize recruitment and retention of talented veterans.

EVENTS

We run insight days where you can come and find out more about the opportunities available for service leavers at Capco. You’ll get to hear about the different areas of the business and have the opportunity to network with colleagues who have joined Capco after leaving the military.  Participants can expect to network with current veterans at Capco, understand Capco business domains, explore Capco work-life balance, and to learn about open job opportunities.
