Before I joined Capco, I spent a long time at a large credit card issuer, in the shoes of a Capco customer. Over time, I realized that I would like to return my consulting roots where I had also spent quite some time previously. For me, it has always been important to work in a dynamic environment where I can build something and develop it to some maturity. 

My route into the financial services industry is not a common one. I apprenticed in banking in Germany after school and later went to the university of St. Gallen (HSG) where I obtained my bachelor and master’s degrees. This has equipped me with both practical banking experience and academic grounding.

Shortly after I joined Capco, I was appointed as one of the Growth theme owners, covering all finance-related topics for CFOs and Treasurers, based on my longstanding expertise in this area. In parallel, I am also in charge of a client account at Capco Switzerland, ensuring “my” client gets the best support for transforming their business.

I really enjoy working at Capco because of its entrepreneurial spirit and extraordinary team. As a Growth theme owner, I have plenty of freedom and flexibility to develop new topics together with my team and also to just try out new things. And it’s great to work for a company with a flat hierarchy and where you are encouraged to be yourself.

I am a proud dad of two daughters and in my spare time I love travelling with my family.
