Sebastian is a partner and leads the German Brexit practice in Capco’s Frankfurt office. He works closely with his Capco counterparts across Europe to provide maximum value to his clients in their Brexit initiatives. As part of the Capco management team, Sebastian supports initiatives in the capital markets domain as well as the Complex Technology Transformation business line.
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
Sebastian has been working in financial services for the last 17 years. During this time, he has built strong expertise in capital markets, working for banks, asset managers and market infrastructure providers. Sebastian has built a track record of successful program deliveries in multi-entity, multi-location technology and regulatory change initiatives. In client engagements, he leverages his deep domain expertise in end-to-end trading processes, his thorough understanding of trading architectures and his understanding of regulatory environments to deliver solutions that work.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Before joining Capco in early 2007, Sebastian worked in the capital markets practice of a global consulting firm. Prior to that, he developed his capital markets skills as an equity researcher and as a fixed income trader in a large savings bank.
