James Arnett is a Partner in the Capital Markets and Technology London team and Client partner across London and New York. Client and market focused, James specializes in shaping and leading complex business and technology transformation for global banking clients in addition to helping to drive the global CSR strategy.

James has over 17 years of experience in the industry with a track record of driving business transformation through innovative and smart technology. He has extensive experience in Financial Services working across many regions of the world with specialist areas including; Operations, Technology, Data, Finance, Risk and Compliance. He is a lateral, dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a passion for driving client benefits through the development of BPO, ITO and utility style models.
Prior to joining Capco, James worked for IBM and EDS managing large scale transformations, bank migration, core banking replacement and offshore delivery optimization projects. James also worked at Capita, managing various client engagements across Financial Services and Central Government.
