Based in Paris and Brussels, Gilbert Swinkels is a Capco Partner in Technology Delivery with a track record in program and IT management, systems architecture and engineering, front-to-back packaged solutions for investment banks and securities processing.
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
Gilbert specializes in architecting applications and process integration for financial services firms, and in managing large-scale IT development projects. He leads major delivery efforts globally, and manages the firm’s delivery methodology, technology standards and design frameworks towards optimization of its onshore/offshore global delivery model.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Gilbert joined Capco from JP Morgan’s Euroclear Operations Center, where he gained over 17 years of IT management experience in transformation projects, the alignment of IT plans to business strategy, the management of IT processes, and the development of enterprise architecture.
