Andrea is a Partner at Capco and leads the Poland office. He works closely with the Capco leadership team to develop further initiatives within banking and digital across EMEA.

Andrea brings an extensive knowledge of the Polish financial market to his role. Having joined Capco with more than 15 years of experience in business and digital transformations, risk and regulatory programs, core systems implementation and M&A. Andrea is an entrepreneurial leader with a proven experience in growing financial services businesses globally and has an excellent track record in helping clients innovate to transform their businesses.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Before joining Capco in October 2017, Andrea worked at major global and pan-European consulting firms. During this time, he developed a deep knowledge of the financial services industry working for major banking and insurance companies.
