Doug Carsley is a Partner in the firm’s Toronto office, and works with Capco’s banking and insurance clients in the region.

Doug has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and consulting, on both the institutional and vendor sides of the industry. He has led the delivery of a number of large scale projects focused on improving the customer experience from inception to implementation.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
Doug is passionate about the future of technology and business learning, and has consulted on the creation of a business/tech program for a university; moderated classes in global technology leadership; and has spoken about transformation in industry forums.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Doug previously worked at a large Canadian bank as a business leader in payments, deposits and wealth products. He has been responsible for overseeing the strategy, financial performance, delivery and client relationships for Canada’s largest technology company, CGI. Most recently, he ran the Canadian operations for Genpact, a leading intelligent operations firm. He holds a BA (North American Studies/Economics) from McGill University.
