Up to 20-30% of revenue is lost annually by companies unaware of poorly executed processes within their organization. This challenge is magnified in the financial services industry, where operations exist in a complex ecosystem of legacy applications, homegrown systems and work from home employees.
Financial services organizations are facing a push to reduce costs while regulatory pressures and client expectations are rising. To deliver against this, banks, insurers and other financial institutions need to leverage data for analytics and insights, and to enable digitization and automation while building a workforce of the future.
Christine Janku is a Principal Consultant based out of New York with 9+ years of experience in financial services consulting across Germany and the U.S. She leads Capco’s process mining practice in the U.S. and has successfully delivered innovative process mining solutions for clients, driving business value realization and adoption. She recently completed a Celonis implementation in the mortgage lending space where she established baselines for key performance metrics, identified process inefficiencies and provided the client with a tool to effectively manage their loan closing pipeline. In previous roles, she led and supported business process optimization and change initiatives focusing on technology implementation, post-merger integration and target operating model design.
