For Lakshmi, Capco feels like family. A Principal Consultant in Belgium with deep expertise in payments, he thrives on building trusted client relationships and supporting his team. Outside work, he brings the same energy to coaching, dancing, and caring for his twenty animals at home, including a poly! 

Silke is a Principal Consultant in Switzerland with expertise in private banking and project management. She values the support and challenges that have shaped her growth at Capco and finds balance through family, tennis, skiing, and travel.

York is a consultant whose inquisitive mindset turns every project into both a learning and leadership opportunity. He cares deeply about delivering results that matter and always keeps the people behind the work front-and-center. 

Gaëlle leads change with heart and insight, reshaping operations, culture and how teams work together at Capco France 

Patrick is a Consultant in Switzerland who thrives on data, problem-solving, and continuous growth. At Capco he’s found a culture that values wellbeing as much as results, and outside work he channels the same drive into skiing, kitesurfing, and bachata. 

Starting in finance, Edouard now leads ALM and Treasury risk projects with autonomy, connection, and the drive that Capco encouraged from his very first day.

Fergus is a Principal Consultant in North UK who swapped law and accounting for full-stack development. At Capco he’s found a culture that makes him look forward to Mondays, and outside work he’s into music, football, golf, and Bitcoin.

Joining Capco in 2011, he has built a career leading major programs across global financial services. Now based in Chester to grow Capco’s North West presence, he brings over two decades of consulting experience - and balances it with cooking, running, cycling, and yoga. 

Daniel made the leap from running a family restaurant and working in hospitality to consulting - bringing creativity, hands-on problem solving, and his entrepreneurial mindset to every project.

As Principal Consultant in Scotland, Claudia values being respected as an individual, having autonomy, and helping others through coaching and mental health support.
