I'm Pup, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, listening to music, playing tennis, and occasionally going horse riding.

Friends would describe me as someone who's always curious—whether it's trying a new restaurant, visiting a new country, or taking on a challenge outside my comfort zone. I'm naturally outgoing and enjoy meeting new people, but I also value quiet moments to recharge, often through a solo drive with a good playlist.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics, majoring in Insurance. Throughout my academic journey, I had a very clear plan for my future: complete my undergraduate degree, pursue a master's degree in finance, and build a career in the financial industry.

However, life had other plans. I graduated during the COVID-19 lockdown, and my original plan to continue my studies was suddenly put on hold. For the first time, I found myself unsure of what came next.

At that point, an opportunity in IT consulting came my way. I decided to take a chance and joined as a Business Analyst. The transition was far from easy. I had no technical background and often felt like I was learning an entirely new language. But what initially felt challenging quickly became exciting.

What started as an unexpected detour gradually turned into a career that I genuinely enjoy and continue to be passionate about today.

What I value most about Capco is its people and culture. Everyone here is incredibly supportive—not only when it comes to work, but also in terms of personal well-being and mental health.

There is a strong culture of openness where everyone is encouraged to speak up, share ideas, and ask for help, regardless of seniority or title. It creates an environment that feels collaborative and safe for learning.

I also appreciate the variety of work I've been exposed to, which allows me to continuously learn, adapt, and grow as a consultant.

At Capco, I've had the opportunity to take on different roles, including Business Analyst and Project Management Officer. Each experience has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and managing priorities in fast-paced environments.

What has made this journey especially meaningful is the supportive environment at Capco, where I've been able to learn from experienced colleagues and continuously develop as a consultant.

One of the most rewarding aspects of consulting is that there's always something new to learn. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow and broaden my perspective.

One of the most meaningful experiences in my career at Capco has been working on a virtual bank project—one of the first of its kind in Thailand. It was a highly dynamic and fast-paced initiative, where both the client and our team were navigating something entirely new.

This project significantly contributed to my development, both technically and professionally. I strengthened my understanding of business processes and end-to-end delivery while also enhancing essential soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

The experience was both challenging and rewarding. It exposed me to a completely new domain and helped me become more confident working in fast-paced and uncertain environments.

Since joining Capco, I had the opportunity to serve as Head of CSR Thailand for two years, supporting initiatives focused on education and community development.

Our CSR activities included supporting underprivileged children, building school facilities such as canteens, and volunteering to teach coding to students, helping create better learning opportunities and improve access to essential skills.

This experience reflected Capco's commitment to giving back to society through meaningful and sustainable community impact.

My career journey has taken many unexpected turns, and that's what makes it exciting.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue growing as a Business Analyst, deepen my understanding of business and technology, and contribute to projects that create meaningful value for clients and teams.

Most importantly, I want to keep learning, keep challenging myself, and continue making an impact—one step, one project, and one opportunity at a time.
