I'm Anne, a Bangkok native who has always been inspired by the energy and diversity of this city. Growing up here made me naturally curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.
Outside of work, I love traveling, discovering new experiences, spending quality time with loved ones, and finding ways to stay healthy and balanced, both physically and mentally. I believe life is about continuous learning, building meaningful connections, and enjoying the journey along the way.
My family background has had a strong influence on me from a young age. Growing up in a family that ran a small retail business, I developed an early interest in entrepreneurship and business, which led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accountancy.
After graduating, I began my career as an external auditor to gain a solid understanding of how businesses operate in the real world. I later transitioned into business consulting, where I discovered my passion for solving business challenges and creating value for organizations.
As a result, I decided to pursue an MBA in Singapore to broaden my perspective and accelerate my growth. The experience strengthened me both personally and professionally.
After completing my MBA, I returned to Thailand and joined Capco, where I continue to do what I enjoy most—helping businesses transform, innovate, and create meaningful value.
I was drawn to Capco not only because of my passion for business consulting, where I enjoy solving complex business challenges, but also because of Capco's entrepreneurial culture. Despite being a global consulting firm, it encourages ownership, innovation, and collaboration, which align well with my mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
At Capco, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have accelerated both my professional and personal growth. When I first joined, I was assigned to an insurance project—a completely new domain for me. Stepping into an unfamiliar industry challenged me to adapt quickly, expand my expertise, and grow professionally.
I'm grateful for the support of my teammates and the trust Capco has placed in me throughout my journey. Having such a supportive environment has empowered me to take on new challenges, build confidence, and continuously develop a growth mindset.
As a business consultant, I have witnessed how rapidly technology is reshaping the way businesses operate. Recognizing the growing impact of AI, I took the initiative to lead AI-related efforts within the team, helping to drive awareness, identify practical use cases, and explore how emerging technologies can create value for both our clients and our people.
Through this experience, I've been able to contribute beyond my day-to-day project work by fostering innovation, encouraging new ways of thinking, and helping teams embrace change. It has been incredibly rewarding to play a part in building AI capabilities within Capco while supporting our clients as they navigate their own transformation journeys.
