Hey, I’m Non from Samut Songkhram, Thailand’s smallest province. I’ve been interested in technology for as long as I can remember, which eventually led me to become a developer. I’m driven by the idea of creating things that bring real value to people and help improve their quality of life.
I have to say, my starting point was a bit unusual. Back in high school, I studied in a French-English program, and at the time, I was still trying to figure out what I truly enjoyed. IT and computer engineering weren’t even on my radar—I didn’t see myself as someone who excelled academically back then.
Over time, however, I decided to take a chance on my interest in technology. I told myself to work harder for a better future, and that decision led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at SIIT, Thammasat University.
College wasn’t easy—I struggled a lot along the way. Looking back, though, I’m proud of myself for persevering and not giving up. After graduating, I began my journey as a developer, and I’ve enjoyed it more and more ever since. It made me realize that I had made the right choice after all.
I first joined Capco as a contractor, working as a Backend Developer. It was my first experience being part of a global organization, and that alone made me incredibly excited. I was stepping into a completely new environment and working with a technology stack I had no prior experience with, which was challenging at first. However, Capco gave me the opportunity to learn, and my teammates were incredibly friendly and supportive—they helped me get through that difficult transition.
Not long after, I was given the opportunity to become a permanent employee, which honestly meant a lot to me. Within the first few months, I could already feel how positive the environment was. My colleagues were not only kind but genuinely supportive, making work something I looked forward to every day.
Capco also helped me gain a clearer vision of my career path. The environment here—especially at Capco Thailand—feels relaxed and welcoming. After work, everyone feels more like friends than coworkers, and that’s something I truly value.
Through the various projects I’ve worked on at Capco, I’ve been able to see the real value they bring to clients and users, helping improve the way people live and work. As a developer, that’s something I find incredibly meaningful.
Capco has also provided me with opportunities to work across different industries and technologies. Each project brings new challenges and learning experiences, which keep me motivated and engaged. I believe it’s important for developers to stay open-minded and continuously learn new skills. These experiences have helped me grow not only as a developer but also as a professional, enabling me to adapt to different roles and responsibilities throughout my career.
A few months after joining Capco, I stepped up to become a Thailand Wellbeing Community Leader. This role has given me a great opportunity to share my passion for an active lifestyle with my colleagues.
I’ve been able to share my knowledge of exercise and overall wellness while organizing activities and events that bring people together. It’s incredibly rewarding to create opportunities for colleagues to relax, stay active, and take care of themselves.
Through these initiatives, I hope to help foster a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and supported in improving their overall wellbeing.
