Following the ATP, associate’s in specialist practice areas continue their learning through one of our dedicated development pathways.

  • A university graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree classification 
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • An interest in consulting, financial services and industry trends 
  • Curiosity about AI and how it is shaping the future of work 
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
