GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY

CAPCO STATEMENT ON GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY

At Capco, we recognize the urgent need to address climate change, and we are fully committed to playing our role and supporting others in climate action to meet our net zero goals and reduce our environmental impact. Capco is committed to incorporating environmental and sustainability best practices into our business strategy, services, and operations and to fostering environmental awareness and responsibility among our leaders, employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

In 2025, Capco partnered with Climate Impact Partners to set short-term targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Corporate Net-Zero Standard Version 2.0. Using FY24 emissions as our new baseline, we have defined specific reduction targets for each emissions scope to be achieved by 2030. These milestones form a critical part of our journey towards our overarching commitment to reach Net Zero by 2040, underscoring our dedication to climate leadership and sustainable business practices.

In addition, we have purchased 7,684 high-quality carbon credits, which is the equivalent of 7,684 tons of C02e, to achieve CarbonNeutral® certification for our business travel, reinforcing our commitment to immediate climate action while we work towards long-term goals.

"As Capco’s CEO, I am pleased to reaffirm, to our people, our clients, and the communities we serve, Capco’s ongoing support for the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact. Our 2025 Sustainability Commitment to Net Zero document outlines the actions we are taking and our support for public accountability and transparency, in line with the UN Global Compact COP provisions.”
