Rosanne Kincaid-Smith is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Capco, based in Capco’s London office. Rosanne leads the strategic people value agenda to deliver the firm’s dynamic growth plans, support Capco’s collaborative workforce, and preserve its unique, diverse culture.
Rosanne has close to 20 years of extensive business experience, with an impressive track record of delivering transformational change through HR, and of being a trusted partner to executive leadership teams. Rosanne leads a global team spanning recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, HR operations, employee relations, and HR data insights and analysis.
Prior to joining Capco, Rosanne was at London Stock Exchange Group (formerly Refinitiv), a global provider of data, analytics and technology to financial markets, where she was Group Head of People for the commercial Data and Analytics division. She also has international experience having worked across APAC, Africa and Europe in previous roles at HSBC, JLT and Coffey Geo Tech. At HSBC she held the role of regional Head of HR for Global Technology and Services for 18 months, during which time she lived in Pune and Hyderabad.
Rosanne has a degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Organizational Effectiveness from the University of Johannesburg.
