Mike Ethelston is a Partner in the U.K., based in Capco’s London office. Mike leads Capco’s U.K. business.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in financial services, and over 24 years of professional services advisory and delivery experience, with deep domain expertise in retail and commercial banking.
In his role Mike leverages extensive expertise in end-to-end client transformations, including the transformations of operating models which leverage new technology platforms and sourcing strategies, from initial shaping through to managing the complex delivery of global programs, to support the firm’s clients on their own strategic transformations.
Mike also plays a role in originating and closing strategic investments, as part of the execution of Capco’s focused inorganic growth strategy.
Prior to joining Capco, Mike spent over 20 years with Accenture, where he was a Partner and led the business process operations business for Accenture Financial Services in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
Mike holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management, and a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from Durham University. Mike qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1993.
