Peter Ginser is a Vienna-based partner and responsible for the office in Vienna and the Competence Center in Bratislava. He manages the delivery of complex IT solutions and critical service operations. Peter’s consulting focus is program management, especially in the areas of core banking, payments, risk management and regulatory compliance.
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
Peter has more than 15 years of experience in the Austrian and German banking market, both within the industry and as a consultant. He ran several projects in the areas of core banking, focusing on lending, credit risk, data warehousing and post-merger integration, both as project manager and IT specialist.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Before joining Capco, Peter served as head of IT delivery for the regulatory risk systems for an international banking group. Prior, he worked in systems integration on large scale transformation projects as project and program manager at Accenture.
Peter holds a degree in electrical engineering with the specialization on systems engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (TH). His took his first steps in international project management as project Executive director and president of the 20,000-member student association, AEGEE.
