Capco has the pleasure to announce that Marcia Wakeman has been recognized as one of the eight 2011 winners in the Client Service area.
Marcia Wakeman is a Partner at Capco in the Banking group. Her focus is in sales and service processes and the supporting core applications. She has over 18 years of industry and consulting experience and is a business architect who has helped clients to design multi-channel, paperless, end-to-end solutions enabling enhanced customer experience, revenue generation and operational efficiencies. Marcia has led numerous business and technology transformation initiatives for the top 15 financial institutions, including implementing branch transformation, business process management, call center and e-commerce solutions. She won the award based not only on her excellence in consulting and client delivery, but for her continual leadership within Capco. She leads by example in so many ways that all of us can follow, including the many other successful and emerging women leaders we have at Capco.
