We developed an architect design plan to conduct an inventory of current applications and identify potential systems for retirement, and built a consolidated application catalog and current-state architecture landscape that mapped each system to its function.
   
• Developing a derivatives migration strategy for a Canadian securities trader looking to consolidate its interest rate derivatives trading business from three platforms to one to become more efficient. We helped the company streamline operations to help increase automation, reduce complexity and redundancy, standardize processes, and improve operational flexibility.
   

• Designing a collateral trading function for leading financial institutions in Canada and the United States. We defined a target operating model and helped the organizations implement various technological components.
