• End of Day and Batch management; the management and checking of batch execution can be a complex task running for 24 hours a day. Capco have dedicated teams with highly developed monitoring tool kits and reporting suites that will keep you informed of the integrated performance of your application.
• Technical support; Valkyrie by capco has been purpose built for monitoring Murex processes for the ease of issue identification. Our teams of technical experts have years of experience managing Murex binaries and Sybase and Oracle databases and can ensure the smooth technical performance of your application 24 hours a day including the optimization of maintenance windows

Subscription based commercials and delivery:

• Development and report maintenance; the industry we work in is ever changing and the need to enhance your application is ever present. We offer a subscription based development service allowing clients to anticipate and plan their development expenditure and ensure it is contracted on the most efficient commercial terms.
• Testing; sparta enabled or manual test assistance is also available in a subscription base model
